Brittany Robinett
Brittany builds her success on strong community relationships and a lifelong passion for real estate. As a founding broker of Real Residential, a boutique brokerage with offices in Seattle and Bellevue, she works with buyers and sellers across all price points, from Seattle to Suncadia. Having grown up on the Eastside and now raising her family in Seattle give her a unique insight into the local market. She also spends part of her time in Suncadia, where she built a home and is fortunate to represent clients.
With 17 years of experience, Robinett approaches challenges with a positive mindset. “I don’t stress the small stuff,” she says. “There’s always a solution, and if there isn’t, I’ll find one.” Beyond her tenured experience, Robinett is deeply knowledgeable within her markets, practical-minded and adaptive. Knowledgeable about construction from building in Suncadia to remodeling other properties, she’s also a landlord and multifamily investor, which provide her a different perspective in real estate. “Beyond helping my clients buy and sell properties, I am deeply vested in all things real estate myself,” she says. “I believe it is the greatest pathway to build wealth for your family and future generations.”
Robinett is actively involved in philanthropy with the nonprofit Mary’s Place through her brokerage. Outside of work, she’s an avid tennis player and board president for her neighborhood homeowner’s association. She enjoys spending time with her children and husband, while taking advantage of all that the beautiful Pacific Northwest has to offer.
